On-site Support: Lee is available to provide quick on-site support to customers in need of assistance and he can also offer training and advice in order to optimise the performance of your WAFIOS machine. Expertise: We are of course backed up by WAFIOS technical support which provides a high level of support and solutions by specialists in the field of your production and nature of the issue, electrical, electronic or mechanical. Remote connections allow WAFIOS to access your machine for fault finding and to provide you with active support in real time In-House Training We are now able to provide training off site at our new Training Centre in Redditch, please contact us for more information.
